1. Suck box: Flat cardboard blanks are efficiently picked by a vacuum suction system and smoothly extracted from the magazine layout in a precise rhythm.
2. Open box: The carton is completely opened and pre-formed inside the cartoner; the mechanical components apply precise force to avoid damaging the carton surface.
3. Push product into box: The servo-driven pushing system smoothly and accurately loads the product into the carton channel, preventing any material deformation or misalignment.
4. Fold cover: The opened carton is conveyed through a synchronized tracking system where the minor side dust flaps are automatically folded, maintaining precise edge alignment for continuous cartoning.
