URMACHINE manufactures automatic PE film bundling machines for grouping and bundling cartons in pharmaceutical and food packaging lines. The LJ-500K handles bundle sizes from 70 × 35 × 90 mm to 180 × 140 × 300 mm at a speed of 20–35 bundles per minute. It works with PE film measuring 30–80 mm in width and 30–80 μm in thickness, automatically completing carton collating, stacking, film bundling, heat sealing, cutting, and cooling.
URMACHINE Automatic Carton Bundling Solution
The automatic bundling machine receives cartons from an upstream cartoning machine, counts and stacks them into preset groups, and transfers each group to the sealing station. Upper and lower PE film rolls then bundle the cartons before heat sealing, cutting, and air cooling are completed automatically.
Photoelectric Carton Detection
Built-in photoelectric sensors identify incoming cartons and transmit signals to the lifting mechanism, helping the system maintain an accurate and continuous product flow.
Configurable Grouping Patterns
Operators can set between 3 and 10 cartons per lifting cycle and adjust the number of lifting cycles to create different rows and stacking arrangements.
Intermediate Carton Buffer
A dedicated storage frame temporarily holds completed carton groups, coordinating the timing between the stacking station and the following transfer mechanism.
