Utilizing non-contact induction heating, it can instantly seal the aluminum foil to the container without touching the product.

Designed to handle wide-mouth containers (up to 130mm) and ultra-high-speed conveyor belts without compromising sealing integrity.
Powered by a robust Siemens PLC suite, the unit features real-time power compensation. It automatically calibrates thermal intensity based on line speed, eliminating "cold seals" or scorched liners.
Equipped with an integrated industrial-grade water circulation system, allowing for 24/7 continuous operation in high-cadence environments with zero performance degradation.
Includes optional smart sensors to detect and reject bottles missing foil liners or featuring loose caps, ensuring 100% batch compliance at the packaging endpoint.
