UR-MC70 Metal detector

Fully automated industrial metal detectors act as “purity inspectors” on the production line, specifically designed to intercept and remove minute metal fragments that may have gotten mixed into the products during processing. Powered by a Siemens PLC architecture, the unit features an advanced "Auto-Learn" function. It effectively filters out the "Product Effect" (caused by salt, moisture, or foil packaging), ensuring only true contaminants are flagged.
Equipped with synchronized pneumatic rejectors, the system ejects non-compliant items in milliseconds without disrupting the overall flow of the production line.
Manufactured from mirror-polished SUS304 stainless steel with an IP66 rating. The design is "dead-angle-free," supporting high-pressure washdowns and full adherence to international GMP, FDA, and HACCP standards.
Utilizes multi-frequency scanning technology to remain immune to the electromagnetic interference commonly found in busy factory environments, ensuring consistent sensitivity 24/7.
