Lab Vacuum Emulsifier Mixer

URMACHINE manufactures 5L, 10L and 20L lab vacuum emulsifier mixers for formulation development, process testing, pilot batches and small-scale production. Each system combines high-shear homogenization, wall-scraping agitation, vacuum deaeration, heating and cooling to process creams, lotions, ointments, gels, sauces and other emulsified or viscous products.

URMACHINE Lab Vacuum Emulsifier Mixer Solution

URMACHINE offers three laboratory models for different formulation and pilot-batch requirements. Compare vessel capacity, homogenizer power and scraper agitation specifications to select a suitable system for your laboratory process.

Specify your required working capacity (e.g., 5L, 10L, 25L, or 50L) and the minimum batch size needed for lab testing or pilot scale production.
Inform us about your target material (e.g., cosmetic cream, lotion, pharmaceutical ointment, toothpaste, or emulsion) and its estimated viscosity range.
Select your preferred heating method (electric heating or steam heating jacket) and state requirements for VFD speed control on both scraper agitator and high-shear homogenizer.
Share your local voltage standards (e.g., 220V/380V/415V, 50/60Hz, 3Phase) and preferred control interface (Button panel or Siemens PLC Touch Screen).
Let us know if you require SS316L for all contact parts (standard for pharma/cosmetics) and special mirror polishing standards (e.g., Ra < 0.4μm) for GMP compliance.
Provide your target destination port/country for freight estimation, and mention any auxiliary units needed (e.g., oil/water phase pre-treatment tanks or water chillers).

The published range covers 5 L, 10 L and 20 L laboratory systems as well as URZRJ industrial models from 30 L to 2,000 L. This allows buyers to discuss formulation trials, pilot work and commercial production with the same equipment supplier while keeping each machine specification separate.

URMACHINE's current laboratory model table specifies SUS316L for product-contact material and SUS304 for other structural material. Material grade for an industrial model, auxiliary vessel, pipe, valve or optional component should be confirmed in the technical proposal rather than inferred from the laboratory range.

The published laboratory and industrial model tables list electric or steam heating. The appropriate method depends on processing temperature, batch size, local utilities and the required heating profile. Cooling-water conditions should also be supplied during configuration review.

The machine should be selected from the formula outward: first the product type, viscosity, batch and process stages; then the vessel, agitation, homogenizer, vacuum, temperature control, discharge and controls. This requirements-led approach is more reliable than selecting a machine from capacity alone.

Emulsifier Operation, Cleaning, and Maintenance Support

A high-performance vacuum emulsifying machine depends on proper operation, thorough cleaning and sanitation, routine system inspection, and timely replacement of high-shear wear parts. Before operation, operators should follow the instruction manual and verified parameters for the specific formulation.

Recommended maintenance topics include:
1 Routine CIP / COP cleaning and sanitation after batch processing
2 Inspection of high-shear homogenizer (rotor/stator) and mechanical seals
3 Monitoring vacuum system sealing integrity and vacuum pump maintenance
4 Checking jacket heating/cooling efficiency and temperature control sensors
5 Inspecting wall-scraping agitators, PTFE blades, and hydraulic lifting mechanisms
6 Maintaining essential spare parts inventory (seals, PTFE scrapers, mechanical seals)
7 Logging homogenization speeds, batch parameters, and recording troubleshooting events
