URMACHINE's critical electrical, pneumatic, and drive automation (including PLCs, servo motors, and sensors) are sourced directly from global Tier-1 leaders like Siemens, Omron, and SMC. All structural frames and product-contact parts are crafted from high-grade stainless steel to guarantee 100% compliance with cGMP, GMP, and CE standards.

CNC Precision Manufacturing & 80% In-House Production

URMACHINE relies on state-of-the-art CNC precision manufacturing, maintaining over 80% of component production strictly in-house to ensure absolute quality control. Utilizing multi-axis CNC machining centers and advanced wire-EDM systems, we eliminate mechanical variance and restrict engineering tolerances to a strict micron-level minimum. To meet rigorous cGMP and GMP standards, all product-contact components undergo specialized fluid polishing to achieve a flawless mirror-finish surface integrity, effectively preventing material adherence and cross-contamination. Driven by this fully digitized in-house CNC workflow, all critical mechanical assemblies—including NJP dosing disks, DPP forming molds, and feeding systems—are precision-machined with complete digital indexing, guaranteeing total tooling interchangeability for seamless format changeovers.

Pre-Shipment Physical Simulation

We refuse to leave troubleshooting to your factory floor. Before final dispatch, we mandate that clients provide actual production materials or equivalent testing proxies. Your machine then undergoes hours of continuous, full-load live simulation and stress-testing in our facility to ensure plug-and-play reliability upon arrival.
