It is suitable for bottles containing tablets, capsules, softgels, vitamins, and other dry solid dosage products where headspace filling is required to prevent product breakage and migration during shipping and handling.

The SMJ-180A supports round, oval, square, and flat bottles with container diameters ranging between 20 mm and 100 mm. Switching between bottle profiles is straightforward with rapid changeover adjustments.

The standard configuration is designed for cylindrical cotton rope approximately 25 mm in diameter (medical/pharma grade). Synthetic coils, rayon, or other customized fibrous materials should be confirmed through sample compatibility testing.

Sim. Both cotton feeding length (pull length) and insertion depth settings can be easily calibrated via mechanical controls or the HMI screen according to bottle height, neck diameter, and the required amount of headspace filling.

Sim. Conveyor height, line speed, and PLC/sensor communication interfaces can be tailored to enable seamless in-line integration with upstream electronic counting/filling machines and downstream capping, induction sealing, and labeling equipment.
