Project Background
A prominent pharmaceutical manufacturer from Russia, represented by Mr. Pavel, approached URMACHINE with a requirement to upgrade their solid dosage processing and final packaging capabilities. The project demanded a highly synchronized setup capable of transitioning from raw material granulation to secure blister forming, and finally, protective outer shrink wrapping.
Mr. Pavel provided comprehensive details regarding their product characteristics and production goals. In strict accordance with his technical requirements, the URMACHINE engineering team conducted a thorough analysis to recommend the most optimal, high-efficiency machinery models:
Granulation Section: GHL-200 High-Speed Mixer Granulator with Milling, engineered for uniform wet granulation and precise particle sizing.
Primary Packaging: DPP-260 Blister Packing Machine, customized for high-speed, airtight blister thermoforming and sealing.
Secondary Packaging: UR-600 Pillow-Type Heat Shrink Packaging Machine, integrated to provide flawless, tamper-evident outer protective wrapping. To bridge the geographical distance and build absolute technical trust, our team provided detailed 2D/3D engineering layout drawings and systematically resolved every complex technical inquiry raised by Mr. Pavel’s engineering team, ensuring total alignment before manufacturing.

Factory Acceptance Testing
Following the final approval of the customized engineering drawings. Our production team strictly adhered to international pharmaceutical standards, ensuring flawless mechanical synchronization and electrical alignment across the entire GHL-200, DPP-260, and UR-600 line.
Once fabrication and rigorous internal testing were successfully completed, we extended a formal invitation to Mr. Pavel and his technical delegation to visit the URMACHINE manufacturing facility in person.
Conducting an on-site Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) allowed the client’s engineering team to inspect the build quality, verify the precision of the wet granulation milling, and test the high-speed sealing stability of the blister and shrink-wrapping modules under real-world operational parameters. This open, hands-on validation process ensured total transparency and guaranteed the equipment met all project benchmarks before dispatch.

Heavy-Duty Packaging
Upon the successful completion and approval of the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), the entire integrated line transitioned to our specialized logistics phase. To safeguard the precision engineering of the GHL-200, DPP-260, and UR-600 machines against the rigors of long-distance international transit to Russia, URMACHINE applied its strict export packaging protocols.
Every single machine was meticulously treated with anti-rust protection, vacuum-sealed in moisture-proof wrapping, and securely anchored inside heavy-duty, fumigated wooden boxes. Designed to withstand maritime or rail freight stress, these robust enclosures ensured that all components—from delicate sensors to heavy granulation milling chambers—were fully stabilized and 100% ready for a safe, damage-free shipment to the client’s facility.

Design Highlights
1. Continuous Powder-to-Pack Process Continuity
A fully synchronized production ecosystem seamlessly balancing the high-shear output of the GHL-200 Granulator, the high-speed thermoforming of the DPP-260 Blister Machine, and the final wrapping indexing of the UR-600 Heat Shrink Machine.
2. Precision Granulation & Hermetic Cavity Sealing
The GHL-200 integrates uniform wet granulation with precise inline milling for uniform particle sizing, while the DPP-260 provides high-speed, airtight blister forming to guarantee absolute product stability and uncompromised hygiene.
3. Tamper-Evident Secondary Protection
The UR-600 Pillow-Type Heat Shrink Machine is seamlessly integrated downstream to deliver flawless, airtight outer protective wrapping, providing maximum barrier defense and meeting strict regulatory demands.
4. Transparent 3D Footprint & Alignment Engineering
To bridge geographical distances and establish complete technical trust with Mr. Pavel’s team, we provided custom 2D/3D engineering layouts, cross-verifying all mechanical footprints and structural specifications prior to manufacturing.
Feedback
Upon arriving at the client’s facility in Russia, the machinery line was positioned and assembled smoothly. Guided by URMACHINE’s step-by-step instructional videos and comprehensive technical manuals, Mr. Pavel’s engineering team successfully commissioned and ran the entire integrated line without any technical hitches.
Client Feedback & Results: The GHL-200, DPP-260, and UR-600 machines are now operating seamlessly under actual production conditions, demonstrating excellent mechanical stability and precision batch uniformity. Mr. Pavel expressed high satisfaction with both the robust performance of the equipment and URMACHINE’s responsive after-sales technical support.
The successful completion of this project further strengthens URMACHINE’s reputation as a reliable, premium manufacturing partner for integrated solid dosage and packaging lines in the Eastern European market.
