Our client—Mr. Pier from San Marino (Italy)—required a complete “turnkey” production and packaging solution capable of handling liquid, semi-solid (paste), and solid pharmaceutical formulations.
The primary engineering challenge lay in the extreme complexity of integrating multiple independent processing technologies. The scope spanned from heavy-duty processing via a 200L Vacuum Mixing Emulsifier for topicals, a high-precision 8-Channel Electronic Tablet/Capsule Counting Line, to advanced packaging systems including a 60-Tube Filling & Sealing Machine and the KLUR-300Y Automatic Liquid Pouch Packing Machine. Ensuring continuous throughput balance and flawless line synchronization was paramount.
Furthermore, due to strict European market regulatory updates and aggressive commercial launch deadlines, the client faced an exceptionally tight schedule. All machinery had to be custom-engineered, seamlessly integrated, and fully factory-tested for immediate shipment without room for delay.
Project Description
The primaQry objective was to deliver a fully synchronized production ecosystem capable of simultaneously handling diverse formulations—including liquid, cream, and solid dosages—while strictly adhering to the rigorous safety and hygiene regulations of the European market.
Despite an exceptionally tight delivery schedule driven by the client’s urgent market launch deadlines, URMACHINE successfully designed, calibrated, and factory-tested the entire multi-machine configuration, achieving flawless cross-line communication and rapid global deployment.

Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) & Quality Approval
True to our commitment, the entire line was completed within the 35-day window. Mr. Pier and his technical team visited the URMACHINE manufacturing facility in person to conduct a rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Every module—from the high-shear vacuum emulsifier to the precise 8-channel counter—was thoroughly tested using the client’s actual production parameters. The line passed all performance metrics seamlessly, gaining the client’s full approval for immediate shipment.
